The fee for this service is the amount based upon the price of a puppy and/or what the stud owner feels is fair. The fee is to be paid at the time of the first breeding.

Conditions Stud Owner Agrees to -

Provide Dam owner with a copy of studs complete three generation pedigree of the stud.
If the dam is in our care at the time of breeding, we will take adequate care of her.
Have the stud in good condition, and a copy of current annual vaccinations, including Bordetella (Kennel cough), and a clear Brucellosis test (If on-sight breeding occurs).
Provide a copy of any and all testing that the stud has completed and offer to the Dam Owner’s records.
Sign litter registration promptly and return back to the dam's owner.
Provide a return stud service up to two times of the same dog to the same dam if no pregnancy results from mating at no charge. To receive the return of service, the dam owner must notify the stud owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to the dam owner.
Provide the dam owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record or the breeding dates.
If shipping of semen occurs, the stud owner agrees to keep the dam owner up to date with the process of collection and shipment.

Conditions Dam Owner Agrees To -

Pay the agreed stud services fee before the dam is serviced.
Provide a copy of three generation pedigree before stud service occurs (if dam is registered)
If the Stud is in our care we will take adequate care of him.
Provide a copy of any and all testing that the Dam has had done for Stud owner’s records.
Have the Dam in good condition and a copy of current annual vaccinations including Bordetella (Kennel cough), and a clear Brucellosis test (If on-sight breeding occurs).
Agrees to send the dam in good health and in season (progesterone testing is strongly recommended but not required).
Notify the stud owner, in writing, no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return stud service being provided.
Agrees to keep the dam properly confined before and after the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally before mating season is finished.
Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result to any person or firm connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs.

Other Conditions -

Two puppies being born alive or dead consults as litter. If puppy(s) is/are born dead, the stud owner agrees to take it into consideration and potentially offer a return stud service depending on the situation. (This will be taken case by case)
If the dam owner fails to update the stud owner this contract is voided and NO occurrence of a rebreeding will be offered.
Additionally, as the stud’s owner we are always happy to help along the way, if you have any questions or concerns please reach out. We also request if the dam owner can send over any photos of the offspring of our studs. We love seeing our time and hard work pay off!
