Adoption process

Thank you for your interest in a puppy from Beaver Creek Kennels. Some of our puppies are eligible to be AKC (Full/Limited) registered and will come with that registration unless discussed otherwise!  Each of our puppies will come with their shot records this will state when they have had their vaccines and deworming it will also include their microchip information, and they will also have a few toys and treats in their puppy pack as well as their current food they are on!

If we do not have the breed of puppy, you are looking for, but you are willing to wait we do have a waiting list! We do not have a paid waiting list! Just send us a message with the breed and gender you are wanting as well as when you are wanting a puppy, and we will get you added, or we will direct you to our puppy application! Everyone on the waiting list will be notified when a litter is ready by the time you contacted us (This means if you contact us, and we have a litter do not think we have forgotten about you we just have others in front of you!)

All of our puppies will not leave until they are at least 8 weeks old. All of our puppies will be checked by our local veterinarian and will have a clean bill of health before leaving our care! You can pick up your new pup here in Ava, Missouri or we can arrange shipping to your nearest airport! 

Here at Beaver Creek Kennel's, we do not start accepting deposits until puppies are 4-6 weeks of age! If you have been contacted off the waiting list, you will be contacted when puppies are born! If you are first in line, you make pick your choice of a puppy, but you do have until 4 weeks old unless discussed otherwise! We do allow the new owners to come and meet them if you are having trouble picking between one or the other or if you want to come to meet Him/Her but we do not allow anyone to meet them until 6 weeks old (after their first shot!) Once puppies are 4 weeks old, we do require a deposit and it is NON-REFUNDABLE so if you decide you non longer want a puppy you forfeit your deposit. The only way a deposit is refunded is if something happens to the puppy in our care. Here at BCF (Beaver Creek Farms  - same as Beaver Creek Kennels), we send new pictures every weekend! if you would like a specific picture please let us know!  Through the weeks of waiting if you have any questions or are unsure about something please let us know and we will explain it as best as we can! Once the puppy is ready to pick up and you are unable to pick Him/Her up within 3 days after Him/Her is 8 weeks old we do have a $5/per day charge. Once you are ready to pick your new puppy up the rest of the payment is due! If at all possible please bring cash if you are unable to do so we will accept PayPal or Cash app but No checks at the time of pick. Internal Parasites, Giardia, Kennel cough, Coccidiosis Ect. are NOT covered by BEAVER CREEK KENNELS.  All puppies need to be taken to the vet within 72 hours after pick up for a check-up. Otherwise, Beaver Creek Kennels will NOT be responsible for any issues that occur. Beaver Creek Kennels does require all buyers to read, agree, and sign a contract.
